Arndt, Mr. John L. Steele, Mr. James L. Rankin, Rev. Walter Duncan Buchanan, Mr. Allan Sutherland, Rev. Roy T. [?] Mr. James F. Schrader

It was decided The name “Westminster Theological Seminary” was tentatively chosen as the name of the new institution. Sub-committees were approved to deal with finance (Mr. Edgar Freilchy chairman) on Faculty and Students (Dr. Robert Dick Wilson, chairman), Promotion, (Dr Frank H. Stevenson, chairman) in selecting temporary site (Mr. Fred M. Paist chairman, it was voted to secure the seminary at once of a registrar and secretary, the temporary site, which will be in Philadelphia, will be chosen in the near future. Then [?]
